How do I send a gift card?
Select the gift card amount, enter the recipient's name and email, and complete your purchase. The gift card code will be sent to the recipient's email address.
How does the recipient redeem their gift card?
The recipient will receive an email with the gift card code. They can enter this code at checkout in the "Add gift card code" field to apply the balance to their order.
Does the gift card expire?
No, our gift cards never expire. The recipient can use them at any time.
Does the recipient need to use the full balance at once?
No. The recipient can use the gift card for any order amount. If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
What happens if the order total is less or more than the gift card balance?
If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining amount stays on the card for future orders. If the order total is more than the balance, they can pay the difference with another payment method.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes, you can apply multiple gift card codes during checkout. Simply enter each code in the gift card field.
Can gift cards be used on new or existing subscriptions?
Yes, gift cards can be used for new subscriptions or to pay toward existing Nutré meal plans and orders.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable. However, they never expire and can be used at any time.
